Refund policy

RETURNS

Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 30 days following the purchase date.

We are happy to honor returns as long as it has been less than 30 days since the purchase date, and the product is unused and all packaging is intact. Please email us at hello@myhydaway.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping address. A refund will be processed 3-5 days after receipt of the return.
