So far, this bottle has met expectations. I purchased it for a trip from the US to Scandinavia next month, so if it underperforms, I'll leave another review. I like the design and how it folds flat. I also like the wide mouth on the bottle when the straw lid is removed: there's plenty of room to add ice cubes. I am hopeful that the handle will be sturdy and not break after attaching it to a carabiner. Best of all, I like that there is no plastic or other strange taste to the water when drinking from the bottle. I wish that a carrying case was complimentary with purchase of a bottle. I was also surprised that it shipped in such a large cardboard box. I expected it to come in a padded envelope to use less packaging.

Love my water bottle. It's first big adventure was a stretch on the El Camino in Spain, I appreciated the weight and flexibility of the bottle for changes in weather and distances walked each day.

Bought 2, one for each of us for our flight and cruise to Alaska. They are easy to clean, lid locks in place, no leaks.

So enjoying not having to carry a heavy water bottle. My Hydaway collapses nicely to be packed away in my bag after use. I keep it in my car and take it with me while traveling especially on flights for quick convenient hydration, no more plastic bottles!! Also, great for workouts at the fitness club. 🤩

Cannot wait to travel with these to Europe!

I ordered the HYDAWAY water bottle because I travel a lot and my family and I enjoy camping and going on trips. This is a great water bottle to take because it can collapse into a very small disc that's easy to transport. Then, you can expand it and fill it with water.

The materials feel solid and it doesn't leak. I gave it to my 7 year old son to shake around and abuse a little. It held up great with no leaks or tears.

This is a good quality travel water bottle that I would recommend.

So far I’ve practiced opening and collapsing the bottle and washed it thoroughly in my dishwasher. All went well. I’m excited to have a water bottle that doesn’t take up much space.

Bought it for a trip to Japan.

I wound up liking the smaller size bottle, and the non-insulated cup is perfect for my dog, and it doesn't tip over like others. I love that as I carry less water it actually gets less bulky. It's light to start with and the flip top lid is quick. I like that the flip top lid doesn't connect to a long straw. I don't want to have a clean a long straw all the time. Lightens my load when hiking with the dog

Purchased for a long trip, this turned out very well. Did not taste any off-flavors of plastic/silicone at any time, Only used it for water in moderate-cool temperatures. The interior did not seem to get moldy or slimy over weeks of use. I refilled frequently during the day and cleaned about once a week with dish soap and a soft bottle brush. Very easy to attach to exterior of a day pack. Never leaked a drop unless I forgot to tighten the screw seal of the top.

I bought this for plane travel, but I take it with me everywhere. Just be aware that the "straw" is a spout. Also, you have to have the TOP OFF to open or close it (I stood in an airport fidgeting with it for 10 minutes wondering if I'd lost my faculties when I couldn't figure this out). It's great--get one a give some as gifts. Let's stay hydrated! :)

This collapsible water bottle is light weight and convenient and great for travelers. I like the ability to fill it up when I want to, especially after going through airport security. Being collapsible makes it easy to pack and carry in a purse or tote. I have my own and gave another as a gift

I don't usually write reviews, but I love this water bottle so much! Just took it on a trip. Slipped it into my backpack. After airport security, filled it up. Love that it stands on its own. Doesn't collapse as you drink from it. No funny smell. Wide open top. No leaks. I hooked it onto my backpack with a clip. Easy to clean. I left it open to dry overnight. If I had any reservations, it is too wide to fit in my car cup holder. That's not a big deal for me because this is for travel. Very happy with my purchase!

My husband and I shared one for our Disney trip and saved tons of $ on water throughout our park days. Easy to carry, clean and store. Will likely buy another for our next trip.

I take it with me to fill after I go through security at the airport. I also use it when I stay overnight at relatives, when I wake up thirsty in the middle of the night.
